As one of my former work colleagues liked one of the previous versions, he asked for a print of it. I was not that satisfied of the result and thus embarked in a complete redesign of the image, yielding the result you see below.

 

I used several different tutorials to make this image. I learned how to make the dazzling light effect in Susan Kitchen's book: Real World Bryce 4.
As for the waves, the idea comes from a tutorial by Hirohumi Maruko titled Making real ocean wave.

The sailboat was a freebee available for a limited time. It is from the Deespona collection.
